You must not have any rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, if any, provided to you in order to access the Site. Except as provided in these Terms of Use, may not directly or indirectly own, use, credit, sell, rent, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve or create any new or derivative works, or display, distribute, or in any way use the Site or its content (including software) in whole or in part.

SITE WORK: Esim is the control of this site from abu Dhabi Global Market ("SAMs"). If you use this site from other locations, you are responsible for complying with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

APPLICABLE LAW. The laws of the SAM govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising in connection with this should be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the air defense system.

Multi-currency TRANSACTION PRICED, the displayed price and currency of your choice, will be the same price and account currency on the card and on the transaction receipt. Where additional equipment or VAT applies, the transaction amount will be specified to you as the user as "Total Pay" to avoid confusion.
